Lara Jill Miller (born April 20, 1967)[1] is an American actress. She has played Samantha "Sam" Kanisky in the 1980s sitcom Gimme a Break! and Kathy on The Amanda Show.

Miller was born April 20, 1967, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to Lois (née Noll) and Stanley Miller.
