Inc. Before joining E.piphany, he was Deputy Chairman and Chief
Operating Officer of KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, a member firm of KPMG
International ‘ a $9 billion, 85,000 person worldwide accounting and
consulting organization.

At KMPG, Mr. Siboni led the firm to consecutive
years of record revenue and profitability, growing its consulting
practice by over 100% over the last two years and its high technology
practice by over 250% over the previous four years.

He has been a
frequent speaker and writer for the technology industry, as well as
professional and academic groups and has spent his career as an advisor
to technology-based organizations, particularly in the areas of finance,
strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Siboni has counseled many of
the prominent enterprises driving the convergence among industry sectors
